Banquet accommodations for up to 260 guests at rounds and rectangular tables

Sunrise, Sunset, Barons and Saturn Rooms:

Each accommodate up to 20 guests

22nd Floor: Top of the Tower:

Reception style can accommodate up to 150 guests and the room has a built- in bar. Seating available for approximately 60 guests

Starlight Room:

Banquet seating for approximately 80. Room has a built in bar.

Monday - Thursday $2000 rental plus service charge/taxes. All event space included in rental along with banquet round tables, padded banquet chairs, 6’x30" rectangular tables with black, white or ivory table cloths.

Friday - Saturday - Sunday $2500 rental plus service charge/taxes.

Monday - Thursday $1000 rental plus service charge/taxes. Tables, chairs and tablecloths (black, white or ivory) included in rental.

Friday - Saturday - Sunday $1500 rental plus service charge/taxes. Tables, chairs and tablecloths (black, white or ivory) included in rental.

Event

USE OF KITCHEN

Outside catering is welcome and we will provide a list of local caterers to help you plan food service for your event. One of our staff members will assist you in planning your event. A staff member will also be present the day of the event to assist with last minute needs.

Alcohol is permitted with proper documentation from your selected caterer.

*No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building. To hold your date, there is a $500 non-refundable deposit due at the time of the signing of the contract. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Deposits will be credited toward your final balance. No refunds will be given.
